Some items may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Because many pieces are handmade, small variations in color, texture, or detail are part of their uniqueness and not considered defects.
Orders
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
Pricing
All prices are listed in US $ and may change without notice.
Shipping
We do ship most items internationally, but shipping times may be longer.
Processing Time
Handmade items: 5-7 business days
Partner-fulfilled items: 5–14 business days
Delivery Time
Shipping timelines vary depending on destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect addresses.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Refund & Return Policy
I truly want you to love what you receive.
If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return, email:

Items must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of the work, we cannot accept returns on:
• Custom or personalized pieces
• Digital downloads
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
Some partner-fulfilled items may be non-returnable. If so, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
We’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees associated with returning items.
